•    I have worked with Francesca many times. •    So I was riding my 10-speed bike home after a 15 mile trip. There was a small curb ahead so I hopped the front wheel up so that it would not impact the curb and get damaged. To my surprise the front wheel came off. I had no chance of un-locking my feet from my pedals and flew over the handle bars, landing on my head. My helmet absorb most of the impact but a lot of the force was transmitted down my neck. After a few minutes I unlatched my feet and moved the bicycle off. After several more minutes, the bleeding from my chin had stopped enough for me to limp home.
  I did not black out but my chin and neck hurt. My helmet was ruined. I still have the scar on my chin.
  The next day my neck was stiff, swollen and in pain. It hurt even more when I tried to raise my head. I knew that my masseuse had taken a lymph drainage class so I called her up to work on my neck. Francesca took most of the pain and stiffness away which allowed me sit and stand comfortably. The way she drained the swelling from my neck was something I had never experienced before. Two days later I called her again for a second treatment since her first treatment had been so effective.
  Francesca saved me from having to suffer most of the pain of my recovery. She also shortened my recovery time by more than half. Interestingly my face after 48 hours only had a few scabs. Still, I will be much more careful in maintaining my bicycle.  Paul V
  
•    I didn't know what to expect about having a session with Francesca especially because she live in San Diego and I am here in North Carolina I was quite curious and had a few issues going on. The session started with me lying down and she started deep breathing as I could hear over the phone. Soon I started tingling especially my foot. •    As a massage therapist, my body is more open and my energy is more sensitive in picking up bad stuff or better said, "stuff that doesn't belong to me." 
  I had a very bad time, where everything was going wrong, my whole body was in pain with no reason, so , as Francesca and I work together and being such a wonderful person inside and out, ready to help anyone that is in need, she said: Elvira, you need some healing sessions! I didn't have to think about it, because I trust her and we scheduled an appointment. •    During the past few months my family has been on shaky ground. My toddler and I had to make a sudden move to another relatives home in order to find some much needed peace.  Over this transition period full of changes, I noticed that my little one had become more and more attached to me but also very temperamental. 

     As for myself I could not get a good nights sleep. I would wake up in the middle of the night sometimes from a stressful dream or a panic feeling of doom.  I tried several Bach flower remedies with no change. After just 1 session with Francesca I saw quite the difference in my daughters behavior, whereas before she would start screaming as soon as left the room.

•   Three months ago, I fell and broke my right wrist. I needed surgery to repair it with a rod and 4 pins.  I have been seeing Francesca for years, she has been doing massages on me regularly.  Ten weeks after surgery, it was time to go see her.       My wrist was getting better but was feeling very swollen.  As she was doing the massage she came to my wrist wrist and said that it was feeling very hot and felt that the energy flow was restricted.  I told her it felt very swollen and over time, the Dr. said it would eventually get better.   At this point she did her 'thing'  to release the energy so the circulation would flow better and heal faster. 

    I don't know exactly how she did it but later that day my wrist felt amazing.   It felt less swollen and the movement in my hand improved so much.  Three weeks later I went back for another massage appointment and when she came to my wrist she stated again it felt a little warm.  Francesca did her 'thing' like the last time and later that day it felt so much better.  I could move my hand with much more ease.  The feeling of "swelling" were lessened.  Hopefully I won't have another injury like that but if I do I won't wait  10  weeks to see her, I'll definitely be there much sooner.  Francesca really helped with the healing.

•    I have been suffering from flare up colitis on off for many years.      I suffer from a condition known as Adult-Onset Asthma, and consequently, when I get a virus or a cold, it hits me much harder than most people.  Recently, I got a chest cold, and with it, had substantial lung congestion, which resulted in virtually constant coughing as my body attempted to clear my lung passages.  Because of the coughing, for two weeks straight I was unable to get more than a few hours of sleep each night, which delayed my recovery.  My lung congestion and coughing was so persistent that I cancelled one of my regularly-scheduled massage appointments with Francesca for fear that I would make her sick, too.  After the second week of limited sleep, because my energy level was so low, and because the lack of energy was keeping me from getting better, I did ask Francesca if she could perform a customized combination massage/energy session, based on the specifics of my situation.  Francesca asked me a variety of detailed questions, and then started the session, which was quite different from any that Francesca had performed previously.

  Following the session, beginning that night (and for every night since) I have been able to sleep all night long.  Now that I am getting the necessary rest, I have been making significant progress on my recovery, and my lung congestion is almost completely gone."

  Well, before I received her energy clearing, I had been holding a years
worth of grief, worry, and guilt due to a unconscious and conscious
decision I made to let everything go that did not serve my life anymore.
Unfortunately, the grief started to take over so much, it was affecting
my eating habits, sleep, relationships at work,etc. So, never having
energy work from Francesca, I wasn't to sure what to expect but I was
ready to clear this energy that was holding my spirit down.

   I can't even begin to tell you how amazing the session was!! It might
